How do I setup my Red Hat / CentOS / Fedora Linux system to get IP address and other information via a DHCP server for eth0 interface?
You can edit eth0 configuration file to switch between static and dhcp networking configuration under RHEL / Fedora or CentOS Linux. Simply edit /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file.

For any administrator it is mandatory to have service like dhcp for seamless network operation, even though your network is of only few computers.
It helps your centrally manage dns servers & ip pool.
Many admins avoids using dhcp as ip keeps on changing if computer is out of network for a day or two. In that case you can have ip assigned for MAC address or have longer lease for ip address. By default max lease time is12 hrs. You can increase default &∓ max lease time. This will enable dhcp server to retain ip for specific host even if it is out of network.

If I run those cornjob via php command or traditional cronjob command, those make my server so busy and I/O going so high. It make my applications and server slow. How can I run those silently?
Also other server php work via this. I mean remotely run the php job. I found a way that I run my several servers web applications job to a single server or other server those resource are free.
It Simple add below this command to cronjob via linux command line or cpanel.
March 26th, 2010 linusI have 1000 of Symbolic of my files and those are in many folders. Some time I have edit or change the real file of those symbolic or soft link files. Its really hard for me to memorize all real path of symbolic link.
But I got command, that help me and save my huge time. To put it on Linux command line it solve my problem.
